Investment Managers (“AXA IM”), as
data controller, is committed to protecting the personal data you submit via
our recruitment website. The purpose of this online application process is to
facilitate the recruitment process for the role(s) you wish to apply for. The personal data we
collect from you via this online application process is necessary to process
your job application. Mandatory data fields are marked with an asterisk or
identified by other means.

The
recruitment process may include one or several interviews, a language test and
a personality test.
All
of the personal data collected from you will be processed in a confidential
manner by AXA IM and in accordance with the applicable legislations and
regulations by:

the Authorized Persons who are involved in the
hiring process. These individuals work in
human resources at AXA IM but this may also include external human
resource providers and the recruitment group including hiring managers;

the
Authorized Persons of AXA IM are located
in the European Economic Area but also in Australia, South Korea, Hong Kong,
Japan, Mexico, Singapore and the USA.; and
·
the
Authorized Persons of the IT providers in charge of the maintenance and support
of the modules located in European Economic area, Australia, Brazil, Costa
Rica, Chile, China, India, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Peru, Puerto Rico,
Singapore, USA, Venezuela.
Depending
on the legislation of the country in which you are applying for a role, your
personal data will be kept throughout the application process and for a maximum
period of twenty four months following your last contact with AXA IM via the
online recruitment website.
To ensure that your
personal data is protected, European Model Clauses and Binding Corporate Rules
(“BCR”) are used in all agreements
with AXA entities located outside the European Economic Area. You can obtain a
copy of them by sending a request to the Global DPO of AXA IM at the following

Subject
to the applicable laws and regulations, you have the right to access, to
rectify, to erase and
to restrict the processing of your personal data. You may
exercise these rights by sending an email to DataPrivacy@axa-im.com.
We
take your request very seriously and we will do our best to provide you with a
satisfactory answer. However, if for any reason, we are unable to provide you
with a satisfactory answer, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the your local Data Protection Authority.
