AXA Partners, as data controller, is committed to protect your personal data when using and submitting your application on our recruitment website.
Purpose of processing
Your personal data (such as name, first name, email address, etc) are processed through this website, for the following purposes:
· processing and answering to your job application(s);
· forwarding your contact details to other AXA Group entities, for the sending of job offers.

To apply, you must create an account on our platform which makes your personal data visible from all AXA Group entities, even outside EU.
All the applicant data collected will be processed in a confidential manner by AXA Partners or any relevant AXA Group companies in accordance with the applicable legislations and regulations by:
· the Authorized Persons who are involved in the hiring process. These individuals are the persons in charge of Human Resources within AXA Partners group including external human resources providers, AXA Group recruitment department, including hiring managers;
· the Authorized Persons of the AXA Group entity(ies) to which you are applying. They can be located in European Economic Area or outside EU.
·
the Authorized Persons of the IT providers in charge of the maintenance
and support of the website modules. They can be located in European Economic
area, or outside EU.

Transfer of Your Personal Information
Your personal data will be communicated to the above listed Authorized Persons depending on their location and potentially in all the countries in which the AXA Group is located, what you expressly accept.
To ensure that personal data is protected, European Model Clauses and Binding
Corporate Rules (BCR) are used in all agreements with entities and/or companies
located outside the European Economic Area. You can obtain a copy of them by
sending a request to AXA Partners Group DPO (axapartners.privacy@axa-assistance.com).
Retention of your personal information
Your personal data will be kept for the period of study of the application and for a limited period, depending on the legislation of the country in which you are applying for.
